Known for never being able to end a class on time, she pours her energy into helping students understand proper engagement and technique, while reminding them that grace and beauty in dance do not require extreme strength or flexibility. Inspired by her students and guided by the motto "mistakes are the mother of creation," she believes every stumble can spark something new.

Work The Base invites you to learn one of Claudia’s signature mid-tempo routines, rooted in fluidity, musicality, and intention. Claudia breaks down each section with clarity and musical awareness, offering variations so every dancer can fully embody the piece in a way that feels both strong and authentic.

TIA JAX: 4:00PM – 5:30PM

Script with Sole - Edgework

The most emotive stories, letters, and poems were once written in script—the graceful connection of the hand shaping intention and feeling into every word. In this workshop, we translate that same artistry to your dance, learning to articulate footwork as if writing on air. Every heel, every edge, every subtle shift becomes an opportunity to decorate your movement, making your technique feel deliberate, expressive, and poetic.

Heels are required, and a minimum of one year of pole dance experience is suggested, with progressions and moderations offered so each dancer can explore the elegance of script in their own way.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD

NATASHA WANG: 10:00AM – 11:30AM

CLAUDIA RENEE: 1:45PM – 3:15PM

Flooreo (Choreography)

Flooreo is a signature floorwork experience designed to help you connect deeply to your movement. This class guides you through a full routine performed entirely on the floor, blending fluid transitions with dynamic elements. Whether you feel at home on the ground or are still building that relationship, each movement is broken down with intention so you can move with confidence, control, and ease.

Pre-requisite: Open to all levels. Socks or heels are welcome. Knee pads are highly recommended.

This class blends smooth, continuous movement with sharp accents, dynamic transitions, and moments of intensity that elevate your basework. Each sequence is layered with intention, breath, and control, allowing you to explore both softness and power within the same phrase. Expect to move seamlessly while tapping into bold, fiery energy that lingers in every detail.

Pre-requisites: Comfortable dancing in heels, familiar with pirouettes, confident in weight shifts, and able to lift your body while holding the pole. Socks or heels are welcome. Knee pads are highly recommended.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24TH

PHOENIX KAZREE: 10:00AM – 11:30AM

Fly Girl (int/adv)

Despite the title of this workshop, it is great for both women and men. Get a good grip and fly around the pole with fun and dynamic flying spin combinations. This workshop will take you around, around, and upside down. Let's go beast mode on that static pole and go hard on spin.

Included will be creative entrances and exits to classical split moves, as well as new and en vogue split skills. If you are not yet a 180 degree splitter, don't worry, there are modifications for you. You don't want to miss this opportunity to become a citizen of "Splitsville".

Pre-requisite: Inversions, Leg hangs (both inside and outside), Brass knee hold

Must wear pole shorts, Midriff and side skin must be free of fabric, Leggings and full top suggested for warmup and stretching.

TIA JAX: 1:45PM – 3:15PM

The Essence of Goo

The Essence of Goo is a workshop devoted to sultry aesthetic and embodied texture. This class explores varying levels of resistance within the body to cultivate movement that is slow, dense, and deliciously gooey. Through a series of curated sequences, dancers will refine heel technique, edgework, transitions, and shapes, while placing deep emphasis on detail, nuance, and intention. Rather than rushing through movement, we’ll savor each shift—allowing weight, drag, and tension to inform the quality of motion. This workshop is designed for dancers who wish to deepen their sensual presence, polish their technical foundation in heels, and explore the art of moving with richness and restraint. Two year pole dance experience recommended.

TIA JAX: 3:30PM – 5:00PM

Soft and Slow Flow

Soft & Slow Flow invites you to luxuriate in your movement while honoring sound technique and intentional pacing. This workshop centers grace, control, and ease—allowing slowness to create space for presence, breath, and awareness. Through a variety of thoughtfully crafted sequences, we’ll explore shapes, transitions, and continuous movement on the pole, emphasizing fluidity over force. You’ll be encouraged to move with intention, refine your lines, and trust the quiet strength that lives within slow motion. This feel-good workshop is ideal for dancers seeking a more mindful approach to flow and is accessible to most levels, with a recommended minimum of one year of pole dance experience. Heels welcomed.
