Script with Sole - Edgework
The most emotive stories, letters, and poems were once written in script—the graceful connection of the hand shaping intention and feeling into every word. In this workshop, we translate that same artistry to your dance, learning to articulate footwork as if writing on air. Every heel, every edge, every subtle shift becomes an opportunity to decorate your movement, making your technique feel deliberate, expressive, and poetic.
Heels are required, and a minimum of one year of pole dance experience is suggested, with progressions and moderations offered so each dancer can explore the elegance of script in their own way.

The Essence of Goo
The Essence of Goo is a workshop devoted to sultry aesthetic and embodied texture. This class explores varying levels of resistance within the body to cultivate movement that is slow, dense, and deliciously gooey. Through a series of curated sequences, dancers will refine heel technique, edgework, transitions, and shapes, while placing deep emphasis on detail, nuance, and intention. Rather than rushing through movement, we’ll savor each shift—allowing weight, drag, and tension to inform the quality of motion. This workshop is designed for dancers who wish to deepen their sensual presence, polish their technical foundation in heels, and explore the art of moving with richness and restraint. Two year pole dance experience recommended.
TIA JAX: 3:30PM – 5:00PM
Soft and Slow Flow
Soft & Slow Flow invites you to luxuriate in your movement while honoring sound technique and intentional pacing. This workshop centers grace, control, and ease—allowing slowness to create space for presence, breath, and awareness. Through a variety of thoughtfully crafted sequences, we’ll explore shapes, transitions, and continuous movement on the pole, emphasizing fluidity over force. You’ll be encouraged to move with intention, refine your lines, and trust the quiet strength that lives within slow motion. This feel-good workshop is ideal for dancers seeking a more mindful approach to flow and is accessible to most levels, with a recommended minimum of one year of pole dance experience. Heels welcomed.
