We recommend 6 to 8 Intro/Level 1 classes OR completing the 4 Week Series Intro to Pole PRIOR to moving into the Level 1+ Pole class.
Expanding on your Intro to Pole classes, students will continue to build confidence! This class is designed for experienced beginner pole students, you will continue to focus on good form, technique and building strength on both sides for Level 1 pole moves, spins, floorwork, and transitions. Progress at this level is focused on gaining skills at climbing and learning to invert. Learn how to combine spins, and move smoothly up and down and all around the pole.
This level of pole will progress slightly faster than your Intro to Pole classes because your basics are under your belt. You are still encouraged to learn at your own pace, rushing progress or jumping ahead can lead to injuries and feel overwhelming. Just remember-Pole Fitness is a journey, not a race!
WHAT TO BRING: Water and pole grip
WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, and form-fitted shorts. Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.

Step into a class designed to help you feel confident, empowered, and beautifully connected to your body. This multi-level Sultry Pole Dance class blends floor transitions, a beginner-friendly spin, and an accessible pole trick, with modifications offered for all strength and experience levels.
We begin with a full warm-up to prepare your body for movement. Your instructor will demonstrate the sequence for the day, then break everything down step-by-step so you can learn at your own pace. Once the group feels comfortable, we spend the rest of class exploring the sequence, adding musicality, style, and fun. Each week features fresh movement, so you can drop in anytime, we always love seeing you return.

Intermediate (Level 2) we will teach you on both Static and Spin depending on the lesson/combo of the day. It is our professional opinion that you learn the foundations of STATIC Pole before SPIN so that you have the foundations to keep you safe.
*Students always have the option of keeping their pole on Static if they wish, just note that some combos are made for either Spin or Static Pole Specifically.
We will continue to build strength as we learn to transition through beautiful combos, solidify multiple Climbing Techniques, work towards Aerial Inversions, Holds, Leg Hangs & Transitioning up and down the pole.
This level of pole will progress faster, but you are always encouraged to learn at your own pace.
Rushing progress or jumping ahead can lead to injuries and feel overwhelming.
Just remember-Pole Fitness is a journey, not a race.
We begin with a warmup followed by conditioning and then move on to the lessons of the day. We finish the last 10-15 mins with a cooldown/stretching session to help restore our bodies.
