4-Week Beginner Pole Performance Series with Rachael

Step into your confidence and explore the art of performance in this beautifully curated 4-week series designed for beginner pole students. Under the guidance of Instructor Rachael, you will learn choreography, build stage presence, and complete a full routine that feels empowering, expressive, and uniquely yours.

Investment: $88 (4 classes, 1 hour each)
Level: Beginner (comfortable with basic walks, spins, and holds)


What You’ll Learn

This series bridges foundational pole skills with performance artistry. Each week you will build on choreography while developing musicality, emotional expression, and confidence on and off the pole.

Week 1: Build Your Foundation & Find Your Style

• Warm-up focused on musicality and smooth movement flow
• Introduction to storytelling, timing, and emotional expression
• Learn beginner-friendly choreography with spins, walks, and transitions
• Freestyle exploration to discover your unique style


Week 2: Connecting Movement & Building Confidence

• Add new elements to your routine: transitions, optional climbs, and floorwork
• Flow drills for rhythm, control, and consistency
• Group exercises to build comfort performing in front of others


Week 3: Expression & Stage Presence

• Develop emotional connection to your routine
• Learn intentional movement, posture, and eye contact skills
• Full routine run-throughs with supportive feedback from your instructor


Week 4: Shine & Showcase

• Confidence-based warm-up and dress rehearsal
• Full performance run-through with optional costume
• Optional filming or mini in-class showcase
• Celebrate your growth and complete your beginner routine


What to Bring

Kneepads, water, and an optional performance outfit for Week 4.
