With guidance from a certified, supportive instructor, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pole fitness while building strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence you never imagined possible.

- Meets once a week on the same day and time for 8 weeks (60 minutes each).
- Weeks 1–6: Static Pole (non-spinning) basics
- Weeks 7–8: Intro to Spin Pole
By the end, you’ll understand how to safely train on the pole, flow with confidence, and begin to express your creativity through movement.

- Leave at home: Jewelry & lotion (they prevent grip and safety).
- Optional but recommended: Knee pads for floorwork.
- Minimum: 4 students required for the series to hold. If the minimum isn’t met, you’ll receive a studio credit on your student account. (no refunds/transfers).
- Make-up: 1 make-up class included—contact Kasey to schedule a drop-in at your level.
- Class size: Up to 12 students (6 poles available, sharing ensures everyone learns by doing and observing).
