All calls, texts, and emails are returned during office hours.

Please make sure you have the correct address to the location you are attending.

You must have a text or email confirmation to attend class.
If you do not receive confirmation, you are not registered for that class.

Studio Hours

Open by Appointment only. Registration is required for all classes.
The studio opens 15 minutes before each scheduled class.

We appreciate your cooperation—these policies ensure every student receives high-quality instruction and equitable access to class spots.

SIGN-UP POLICY

To guarantee your spot in class, advance online registration is required a minimum of 2 hours before class begins.

Classes with fewer than 3 registered students may be cancelled. While cancellations are rare, we strongly encourage you to check the schedule before arriving.

WAITLIST POLICY

When a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Spots often open due to early cancellations.

If you join a waitlist, you should fully intend to attend class—even with short notice.

Important:

• You will receive an automatic email and text when moved into class

• Your OfferingTree account must have a valid phone number and email

• Once added to class, you are held to the 24-hour cancellation policy

• If you are unsure you can attend on short notice, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid fees

LATE POLICY

Do not be late.
For safety reasons, anyone arriving after class begins will not be allowed to join the class, switch to another day, or receive a refund.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, dressed and ready to start on time.
Late arrivals disrupt the class and compromise safety for both students and instructors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Vertical Pole Studio Pensacola has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Early Cancel (More than 24 Hours Before Class)

Your class credit is returned to your account for future use.

Late Cancel (Within 24 Hours of Class Start Time)

• Class credit is forfeited

• $5 Late Cancel Fee applies

• Unlimited members also lose 3 days from their monthly pass

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled class:

• Class credit is forfeited

• $25 No-Show Fee applies

These fees are easily avoided by canceling more than 24 hours in advance.

CLASS EXTENSION POLICY

Excludes: Specialty workshops, private lessons, private parties, and series programs.

At Vertical Pole Studio, we understand that life happens. If your single class or class package expires before you’ve used all of your credits, you have two options.

1. Purchase a New Class or Package

You are welcome to purchase a new class or class package at any time.
Please note that any unused credits from an expired package are forfeited once a new package is purchased.

2. Extend Your Expired Class or Package

If you need additional time to use your remaining credits, we offer paid extensions to help keep your account active.

Extension Options:
1-Week Extension: $25
2-Week Extension: $35

You may purchase multiple extensions if needed.

How to Request an Extension

Email kasey@vpolestudio.com at least 24 hours before booking your next class to request an extension.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All purchases—including memberships, class packages, private sessions, parties and space rentals—are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please keep this in mind before completing any booking, membership, or package purchase.

SAFETY POLICIES

Safety is our highest priority.

• All instructors are certified to teach in their specific discipline

• Students may not spot or instruct one another

• Follow your instructor’s cues and progressions

• Train only at your level and respect your limitations

• Crash mats are required during all Open Training & Practice sessions

• Students may only practice skills they have been formally taught

Our progressive curriculum ensures you build strength and technique safely.

BEHAVIOR IN THE STUDIO

• Respect instructors and fellow students

• No phone conversations in the studio

• No street shoes permitted

• Bullying, harassment, or invading personal space will not be tolerated

We aim to maintain a positive, inclusive, empowering environment for all.

PICTURE, FILMING & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Filming & Photos Are NOT Allowed During Class

This protects student privacy.

You may take photos or videos:

• Before or after class

• During Private Sessions

• During Private Parties

• During Space Rentals

• During Open Pole/Aerial Practice

Promotional Filming

Vertical Pole Studio Pensacola may occasionally film or photograph classes.
We will announce when filming occurs so you may step out if you prefer not to be included.

Guest instructors: Announcements may not be made.
If you do not wish to be filmed, please do not book guest instructor classes.

Social Media Permissions

Any picture or video taken inside Vertical Pole Studio and posted online, automatically grants us permission to repost or share your content.
If you do not wish your content shared, please let us know as soon as possible via email.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Allowed:

• Bottled water

• Small protein bar or healthy snack

Not allowed:

• All other food or beverages

Alcohol is prohibited before any physical activity.
If you arrive intoxicated, you will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be issued.

SPACE RENTALS

Space rentals are for personal use only—practice, rehearsals, and non-commercial content creation.

Not allowed:

• Teaching others

• Hosting paid sessions

• Profit-based activities

Rental Terms:

• 24-hour cancellation policy applies

• Rentals must be booked by the hour

• No half-hour rentals

• Photoshoots and video projects must be booked directly at:

Violations may result in early termination without refund.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations result in loss of session credit.
No refunds.
