Please review the following policies before registering. These guidelines help us provide a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience while ensuring fair access to classes for every student.
By purchasing or registering for a class, workshop, training, private session, party, space rental, or other offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below.
Office Hours
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please allow us time to respond during regular office hours. Messages received outside these hours will be answered as soon as possible on the following business day.
Vertical Pole Studio Navarre is open by appointment only. Advance registration is required for all classes, private sessions, parties, rentals, and other studio services.
The studio opens approximately 15 minutes before each scheduled class. Please confirm that you have the correct address before arriving.
View our live schedule and register online at: www.verticalpolestudio.com
All classes require advance online registration. You must receive a confirmation by email or text before attending. If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered for that class or service.
A minimum of 2 students must be registered at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be automatically canceled.
If Vertical Pole Studio cancels a class:
Please ensure your student account includes a current email address and phone number so you receive all important notices.
When a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Spots often become available when another student cancels. By joining the waitlist, you are confirming that you fully intend to attend if a spot becomes available — even with short notice.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, dressed and ready to begin at the scheduled class time.
For everyone's safety, students who arrive after class has started will not be permitted to participate. Late arrivals cannot transfer their reservation to another class and will not receive a refund or account credit.
Arriving on time allows you to receive essential safety instructions, participate in the warm-up, and avoid disrupting the experience of other students.
Vertical Pole Studio has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancel more than 24 hours before class and your credit is returned to your account for future use within its original expiration period.
Cancel within 24 hours and your class credit is forfeited. A $10 late-cancellation fee will be charged.
If you do not attend and have not canceled, your class credit is forfeited and a $25 no-show fee will be charged.
This policy applies to single-class credits and class packages. It does not apply to specialty workshops, private sessions, private parties, training programs, or class series.
If your credit or package expires before you have used all your credits, you have the following options:
You may purchase a new class or class package at any time. Note: purchasing a new package does not reactivate or transfer unused credits from an expired package.
Purchase an extension for additional time:
Email contact@vpolestudio.com at least 24 hours before booking. Extensions must be approved before expired credits can be used.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when Vertical Pole Studio cancels an offering and expressly provides a refund.
This includes:
Please carefully review all dates, expiration periods, and studio policies before completing your purchase.
