This class is designed for upper beginner students, you will focus on excellent form, technique and building strength on both sides, spin combos, tricks, floorwork, and transitions.
Learn how to combine spins, and move smoothly up and down and all around the pole.
This level of pole will progress faster because your basic beginner pole moves are under your belt, you are encouraged to learn at your own pace, rushing progress or jumping ahead can lead to injuries and feel overwhelming. Just remember-Pole Fitness is a journey, not a race.
