In Floor-ology we'll be flowing through a sequence of basic sensual movement and playing with heel-work without the use of an apparatus. Platform heels are highly recommended but not required and can be substituted with socks. The perfect class to embrace your sexy side!

WHAT TO WEAR: Sports bra, pole shorts with leg warmers or leggings, platform heels or socks.

REQUIRED: Knee pads or knee high socks/leg warmers to cover the knees, otherwise students may not be able to maximize their experience in this class.
