
This class highlights a different theme or movement pathway each week. In this class we explore multiple ways to incorporate the movement focus chosen, and how that movement progresses into higher level proficiency. Flow Mechanics aims to further the understanding of basic foundational movement and to build confidence in our ability to effortlessly flow around the pole and on the floor.
Flow Mechanics is suitable for all levels. No experience is needed to attend. Heels are always welcome but never required.
Bring : Water, knee pads and/or leg warmers.
Wear : Leggings over form-fitting shorts, tank tops, socks and/or heels (optional).
Studio Policies:
• No refunds or transfers.
• Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit their class.
• Registration must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing your class.
