❤️Be My Valentine - Chair Dance Workshop❤️
This 75 minute workshop will focus exclusively on the chair as our dance apparatus. The choreography is beginner friendly, so all levels of dancers are encouraged to sign up!

The goal of this workshop is to help you perform with confidence and grace to the music while using the chair. There will be a focus on technique, body positioning, and musicality to make your dancing look polished and pretty!

Rhema will guide you through a fun and flirty chair dance routine for the first hour of class. In the final fifteen minutes, she’ll turn the lights down low and the music all the way up to help you tap into your sensual side. Let loose, leave your worries behind, and perform! You’ll be amazed of how much you are capable of! By the end of this workshop, you will have found your inner vixen!

Anything that makes you feel amazing! Whether that’s something revealing or something more reserved is up to you! We want you to feel comfortable and empowered as you dance.

Red and pink colors are perfect for the holiday! Heels are not required, but they are always a sexy addition! The choreo will be grounded in the chair, so knee pads are NOT required! But if you wish to bring some to dance on the floor during your freestyle, you absolutely may do so!
