4-Week Beginner Pole Performance Series
Focus: Confidence, Choreography, and Stage Presence
Goal: Build and perform a short, beginner-appropriate pole routine while learning performance skills and creative expression.

1 hour/4 Classes. Investment $88

Week 1: Build Your Foundation & Find Your Style

Theme: Getting Comfortable with Performance

  • Warm-up focused on musicality and movement flow

  • Introduction to performance concepts: emotion, timing, and storytelling

  • Choose your song or work with a class-selected track

  • Learn simple choreography using spins, walks, and transitions

  • Explore freestyle exercises to find your personal style

  • Homework: Practice your song choice and review the week’s choreography

Week 2: Connecting Movement & Building Confidence

Theme: Flow and Consistency

  • Add to your choreography: linking spins, climbs (optional), and floorwork

  • Focus on clean transitions and graceful movement between elements

  • Drills for control, rhythm, and movement flow

  • Group exercises to build comfort performing in front of others

  • Homework: Record a short clip to track progress — celebrate every improvement!

Week 3: Expression & Stage Presence

Theme: Perform with Feeling

  • Focus on emotional expression and stage confidence

  • Practice eye contact, posture, and intentional movement

  • Incorporate gestures and body language that fit your song’s story

  • Full run-throughs with positive group feedback

  • Homework: Practice your full routine with music — think about costume ideas or how you want to “feel” in your performance

Week 4: Shine & Showcase

Theme: Performance Day!

  • Warm-up and confidence exercises

  • Dress rehearsal: run through routine with music and optional costume

  • Focus on polish — smooth transitions, controlled spins, and stage energy

  • Perform your routine for the class (optional filming or mini showcase)

  • Celebrate your growth and reflect on your journey

Level: Beginner (comfortable with basic pole walks, spins, and holds)

What to Bring: Kneepads, water, and optional performance outfit

Outcome: Leave with a complete mini beginner-friendly routine and the confidence to perform!

Minimum of 4 Students for program to hold. If for any reason the program does not hold, you will have a gift card credit added back to your account. No Refunds of transfers. There are no make up dates for this series. Please check your schedule before booking this series. You will have the best results if you attend each class.
