Our Intro to Pole Class is designed for first timers and new beginner students. Feel free to take this class as often as you like! We highly recommend 4 to 6 classes before moving into Level 1.
Students will learn pole terminology, master the basics with a variety of pole dance FUNdamentals, build strength, learn ideal form, technique and safety.
BRING: Water, Knee Pads or Leg Warmers (if you have them if not it's ok).
WEAR: Leggings over form-fitting shorts, Tank top, and sock.
*Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.
