Not for brand new students. We recommend 4 to 6 Intro to Pole classes before taking this class.
Our pole sequence class includes a transition to and from the floor, a pole spin and a pole trick. There will be modifications that cater to different strength levels. After a thorough warm up, your Instructor will demo the sequence you will learn and break it down step by step. Once we feel comfortable with the sequence we take the rest of class having fun with it. Each week is a new sequence or an add on to the last. You do not have to attend each week but we sure hope you do. Music and pole styles will vary, come prepared to have fun and learn something new. Heels are not required but always welcomed.
WHAT TO BRING: Water and pole grip
WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, form-fitted shorts, leggings. Knee pads or knee high socks/leg warmers to cover the knees, otherwise students may not be able to maximize their experience in this class. Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.
