Designed for students who have completed the 4-Week Intro Series, Foundations class or have prior hammock experience, this class deepens your practice with flowing sequences, controlled inversions, and creative transitions. Each class offers modifications for comfort and challenges for growth—helping you expand strength, flexibility, and confidence while experiencing the fun and freedom of aerial yoga.

No jewelry is allowed for Aerial Yoga classes. Jewelry will rip the fabric. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.

We do not offer refunds or transfers. All studio policies apply. No show and late cancel students will lose their class. You MUST cancel your registration a minimum of 24 hours prior to class start time to prevent losing your class.
